She ‘aint heavy, she’s my smoothie!
One of the biggest takeaways I have learned on my personal journey of self discovery is that self care = self love! It is vital to develop a daily practice of putting yourself first, doing things that make you happy and help you to connect with your most authentic self. One of the most important ways that I practice what I preach is in my kitchen. I love to eat very nutritious, mostly organic well balanced meals. I feel that if I am running on premium quality energy then I have a lot more of that go go juice to share with others. If I value myself enough to give myself the best then that love gets passed on to my clients.

Here is my recipe for the tastiest healthiest smoothie that really packs a punch and super boosts your energy for maximum vitality!
In a blender place the following ingredients
4-6 brazil nuts
8-10 almonds
half avocado
fistful of spinach
heaped teaspoon of chia seeds
one banana
palm full of blueberries
8 blackberries
4 strawberries
a few ice cubes
6 ounces of coconut water
blend until smooth…you may prefer more coconut water…I like mine thick!
